About Blake Ramsey
Blake Ramsey serves as International Technical Expert for the Development of Francophone Bilingual Education in the United States with Expertise France, and led the design and development of the French Dual Language Immersion Strategic Pedagogical Framework with the Embassy of France in the United States and teachers of the Utah State Board of Education Dual Language Immersion Program. He is also the creator and author of the content featured on this website.
Working in partnership with the Embassy of France in the United States, the French consular network, and state departments of education, Blake supports the development of French Dual Language Immersion programs in more than 30 U.S. states through curriculum development, proficiency-based assessment, K–16 program articulation, and educator professional learning aligned with the ACTFL Proficiency Guidelines and the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
